Supplier: the company TELLINI Srl - Via Stiria 45/49 – 33100 UDINE - P.I. 00193540309 (hereinafter referred to as Tellini)

Customer: the subject identified by the data entered when registering and accepting the following general terms of sale. The registration is available to:

• customers whose registered offices are in Italy or in EU member states, having a valid VAT number related to the trade in clothing, household linen, textiles and similar products;
• customers whose registered offices are outside the EU, operating in the sectors of clothing, household linen, textiles and similar products, who undertake to comply with the laws in force as to the export of goods.

By means of the e-commerce platform, the Supplier provides the Customer with the possibility of viewing a virtual shelf and purchasing their products. The customer having a valid VAT number and operating in the sector of trading textile products will be able to view the prices and to purchase, only after registration. An operator will verify the accuracy of the credentials entered and will approve the registration with the portal, usually within 24 hours (the registration with the portal may be subject to delays in case of holidays or of closing days of the company).

Unless mentioned otherwise in writing, all the prices are to be understood as "VAT not included" and stated in Euros. The validity of the prices thus stated is always and solely the one mentioned by the procedure (quote or "cart") at the very moment when the order is forwarded to the Supplier. The prices of some or all products can in fact undergo variations without previous notice.

Tellini srl cannot be considered as liable for taxes levied by other Countries.

The minimum purchase for shipments in Italy and towards EU member states amounts to € 150 + VAT.

For shipments outside the EU we invite the Customer to contact the Tellini Customer Service at eshop@tellini.it

Every order is identified by a unique number (order number) and includes the detailed data of the purchased items, the shipment costs, the total price for the items and the individual price of each of them. The Customer will be able to verify at any time the status of his order on the www.tellini.it website, calling it up through verified access (Username and Password) from his own personal reserved area.

All orders, before being processed, has to undergo a verification process, because the stock availability (even if stocks are frequently updated) cannot be guaranteed with absolute certainty. Indeed, as soon as the order is received, an operator will verify, with utmost speed and accuracy, the actual stocks, and should any item be no longer available, he will contact the Customer immediately in order to agree upon any replacement.

Every order placed is to be understood as a request for goods, therefore it will be subject to acceptance by the Supplier, by means of a proforma invoice.

Tellini srl undertakes to send a confirmation within two work days. The order shall be completed in any case, save for specific requests by the Customer. The Customer shall have to take care of the payment within three days from the receipt of the proforma invoice. Only once the payment has been received, and at most within the following day, the goods will be shipped (save in case of payment in cash on delivery). Orders not paid within three days from the sending of the proforma invoice are to be considered as voided.

The Customer will be able to modify his order as to quantities or chosen items only until the receipt of the proforma invoice. Tellini can always be contacted by telephone or by e-mail, mentioning the order number and which articles are to be removed or added.

The Customer guarantees, hereby undertaking all liabilities and holding the Supplier harmless in case of any prejudicial consequence, that his data, entered when accepting these general terms and conditions, are accurate and allow the true identification of the Customer himself, who also undertakes to immediately inform the Supplier in writing, also by e-mail, about any variation of the data supplied.

Upon registration, the Customer is allocated a subscriber's identification code (Username or UserID) and a keyword (Password) whose joint use will identify the Customer and will allow him to carry out online purchases on the website. Therefore, the Customer is hereby informed that purchase orders issued through the joint use of the Username and Password are valid and binding, and that if third parties are in possession of both, they will be able to issue valid orders that will bind the Customer, identified through his Username and Password, to accept the goods ordered and to pay the amount due.

Therefore, the Customer will have to keep both the identification code and the password secret, with the utmost diligence, for the whole duration of the relationship with the Supplier. The Customer is also informed that he has to disclose a valid e-mail address to the Supplier, in order to allow the Supplier to forward order confirmation messages and any other notice.

The Supplier disclaims any liability for malfunctions, service interruptions, losses of performance, be they attributable to force majeure or chance, or not, if they are not directly ascribable to the Supplier out of willful misconduct or gross negligence on his part.

A registered or non-registered Customer may send remarks and lodge complaints to the Supplier, by means of:

• Contact Form, present in the section "Contact Us" of the website

• Dedicated E-mail to the Customer Service at eshop@tellini.it

• Registered Letter with Return Receipt to TELLINI Srl - Via Stiria 45/49 – 33100 UDINE

For all the online services on the website, the same connection costs are applied as those applied by the Customer's Provider for the connection itself; the Customer should contact his Provider in order to receive all the relevant information.

When sending the order, the Customer accepts in full the contents of the general terms and conditions of sale.
